Privacy Policy

• Account data: email, name, interface language.
• Learning data: lesson progress, exercise results, flashcards, streaks and XP.
• AI tutor conversations you have.
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe / the app stores; we never store card numbers.
• Basic technical data (hashed IP, browser type) for service security.

To operate the platform and track your progress, process subscriptions, and protect the service from abuse. Analytics and advertising are used only after your consent via the cookie banner.

Performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention), and consent (analytics and advertising).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, for operations:

• Stripe — card payments and subscriptions on the web
• PayPal — PayPal payments, where offered
• Apple / Google / RevenueCat — in-app purchases in the mobile apps
• OpenAI — AI tutor, writing and speaking feedback (text you submit)
• Google Cloud (Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Gemini) — generating audio, transcribing your speech, and a second opinion on speaking answers
• Daily.co — video rooms for live lessons
• PostHog — product analytics, only after your consent
• Sentry — error monitoring
• Expo — push notifications on mobile
• Email provider — email delivery (verification, receipts, reminders)

Some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

We keep account data while the account is active. Analytics events are deleted after 24 months, and inactive AI conversations after 18 months.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account directly from Privacy settings. For other requests, contact us.
