This page explains when you can get your money back, and how the right of withdrawal works for digital purchases.
Our subscriptions, exam packs, certificates and AI credit packs are digital content delivered as soon as you pay. Before you pay we ask for your express agreement that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has. Without that agreement the purchase does not go ahead.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew. We do not normally refund a period that has already started, unless the law requires it or we billed you in error.
Once delivery has started we do not refund, except when a technical fault stops you using what you bought and we cannot fix it, when you were charged twice, or when the content does not match its description. Write to us within 30 days of the purchase.
One-to-one lessons with tutors follow the cancellation terms shown when you book.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by that store, under its own policy.
Email support@asagno.com with your account email and the purchase date. We reply within a few working days, and refunds go back to the way you paid.
