Twelve of the 40 questions are not about facts but about what you would do in a real situation: a noisy neighbour, enrolling a child in school, losing your job, seeing a theft, being a victim of discrimination or violence. The right answer almost always follows the same logic. Use the proper institution or number (the mairie, France Travail, the 17, 18, 15, 119 or 3919), respect the law and the other person, never take the law into your own hands, and defend equality and the values of the Republic. Practise reading the four options and removing the ones that are violent, illegal or ignore the problem. What remains is usually the answer.

In the exam only one option is right. It is usually the legal, calm one that goes through the right institution.

Yes. Each question is worth one point, and you need 32 of 40 points to pass.
